Insurance and Payment

Here at North Woods we are able to work with most insurance companies. However, if you have a particular therapist in mind, please browse their profile to see if we think they can accept your insurance. To be on the safe side we recommend that clients check with their insurance company directly to see if services will be covered. At the end of the day all advice given about coverage is considered a quote, and we will only know for sure after the insurance claims are submitted. If insurance doesn’t pay, clients are responsible for any balance, and their credit card on file will be automatically charged. If you don’t have insurance or choose not to use it, you can pay out of pocket each session at our “Time of Service” rate. If this isn’t affordable, you may qualify for a further reduced rate after completing our “Financial Hardship Application.” With any questions about insurance or payment, please call our office at 651-243-2484.
